I can't be the only person who is totally obsessed with jammie dodgers? Before I get into the incredible information regarding this big up and coming company lets just take a second to appreciate that GoNutrition have made a jammie biscuit flavoured protein which is down right delicious! I know they're geniuses right? How does that even work?!
I first came across GoNutrition via Instagram, the protein industry is a vast one with many new companies seeming to pop up daily, however after spotting that their protein powders are from free range grass fed cows and at extremely affordable prices I knew that I needed to divulge a little further to find out more information on this up and coming company and boy oh boy am I glad I did!
GoNutrition is a new venture by Oliver Cookson. For those of you that don't know he is the founder of myprotein.. Yes you read that correctly and I would be extremely surprised if you don't already have some sat in your cupboard, straight away this tells me that I'm going to be receiving a high end product with superb results!
GoNutrition offer a very wide range of flavours and at such affordable prices this was right up my street. For those of us who gym daily and make eating well part of our day to day lifestyle finding high end delicious tasting protein is up there on our list of agendas. For me personally, I like to change my flavours and experiment as much as possible, sticking to just one flavour soon becomes very boring for me so with Gonutritions vast range I can change them often without breaking the bank.

So why is GoNutrition the protein to buy?
Firstly it is sourced directly from the world renowned Muller dairy which is based in Germany. This is the leading manufacturer of whey protein in the WORLD. By sourcing directly they can guarantee high end products that are fully traceable. All of the milk that is used to produce their protein is sourced from free range, grass fed cows and is completely GM and hormone free. There is absolutely NO artificial colourings and they consist of 100% natural flavourings.
Whey protein is one of two types derived from cows, whey is absorbed much faster than other forms of protein making it an excellent addition to anybodys daily goals. Consuming the correct amount of whey protein is going to mean that you're going to grow and recover much more quickly which you guessed it means more time in the beloved gym!
So we now know we are getting a high end product which is going to give us the results we desire but at affordable prices. If you're anything like me you have bought protein before based on how it is produced amongst other things, been SO excited to receive it that you're literally waiting to jump the postman, you snatch it out of his hand and head straight to the kitchen to finally taste this wonderful new product which is going to change your life... Then you taste it... and it's awful! Well I am happy to tell you guys that these flavours are AMAZING. It's hands down the best protein I have ever tried (trust me I've tried a few) the triple chocolate flavour for example if far better than other rivals at a fraction of the cost and I think I've already expressed my new love for Jammie biscuit flavour. I finally have a protein that's giving me the results I need and actually feels like I'm having a naughty treat rather than forcing another super sweet sickly protein shake down purely for the benefits. It tastes brilliant with both water or milk (I personally enjoy mine with almond milk) they mix incredibly well with no nasty lumps. Big thumbs up!
Lets talk packaging... The first thing I noticed was that it is a proper zip lock bag... Hooray! It also comes with a free scoop to guarantee correct portions. The bag itself is also see-through via the side meaning I can see exactly when I want to start ordering my next flavour!
