I threw together this little fruity mirarcle yesterday and thought it may be worth sharing - the best part is it's also full of protein! Yes a sweet treat with protein and no added sugar, perfect I hear you say...
It also takes seconds to make..
1 frozen banana
1 Handful of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop of my protein vanilla powder
1 large splash of milk
Shredded coconut to dust
I threw these ingredients into my nutri- bullet and here you have it!
